I have 10 years of hands-on experience in the fields of property development and mega-construction, where I have worked closely with leading regional developers such as Emaar Properties and Eagle Hills, and along industry partners like Deloitte and Jon Lang LaSalle. I am a well-established leader and problem solver, with a proven track record of founding and building successful enterprises, including Adam Telecom Systems and Turning Point. My operational background includes holding a senior management role at a $1B mixed-use property development project. With exceptional interpersonal capabilities and a steadfast commitment to achieving results, I am fully equipped to tackle complex challenges and enable the transformation of business models within the realm of start-ups, emerging markets, and high-growth industries

I am originally from Kyrgyzstan, now residing in San Jose, CA. I studied Business Administration for my bachelors at Hult Business School. I am a self taught AI engineer, robotics enthusiast, who helped start several businesses and startups in the past. My motto is learn by failing fast and failing often.
